If you are currently paying with PayPal, Google Play Store, or Apple App Store for a vidIQ subscription but would like to start paying via your credit card instead or vice versa, yes, it is possible to change your payment processor.

Please note, that some of the payment options might not be available in your region, please double-check if we support the payment method you are looking to make a switch to before proceeding further. Which payment methods do you support?

To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any unexpected charges, you'll need to go through a few steps.

    • Don't worry, canceling your subscription doesn't mean you'll immediately lose access to your paid features. You'll continue to enjoy them all until the end of your current billing cycle.

  1. Wait for Your Current Billing Cycle to End:

    • After canceling your subscription, you'll need to wait until the end of your current billing cycle. We are unable to make payment method changes mid-cycle to prevent disruptions and confusion with your account balance.

    • You can check the end date of your billing cycle in your account settings under the "Plans" tab.

  2. Update Your Payment Method and Choose Your Desired Plan

    • Once your current billing cycle ends, you'll be able to select a new payment method.

    • You can navigate back to the "Plans" tab, select your desired plan, and reactivate your subscription.

    • If you would like to subscribe via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you would need to upgrade to the desired plan directly within your mobile app.

Your new payment method will be charged according to the billing cycle of your chosen plan.

We understand that this process may seem a bit tedious, but these steps help us ensure a seamless experience for all of our valued users. As always, if you encounter any issues or have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated creator support team. We're here to help make your vidIQ experience as smooth as possible.
