We understand that canceling a subscription can be a difficult decision, but we're committed to doing everything we can to win you back as a vidIQ customer. If your payment method is via a credit card or PayPal, please:

  1. Log in to your paid vidIQ account in our web app by following this link here.

  2. Click on Downgrade to Basic and our downgrade wizard will walk you through the rest of the process!

  3. Please note that you will need to go through the entire downgrade process in order to fully cancel your plan!

If your payment method is via Apple App Store you'll need to cancel your subscription directly through the App Store. Please follow this guide here on how to cancel it.

If your payment method is via Google Play Store you'll need to cancel your subscription directly through the Play Store. You can find information on how to do so on Google's help center right here (Android) and here (desktop).

Once you've canceled your subscription through any of the methods outlined above, your access to vidIQ's paid features will expire at the end of your current billing cycle. If you have any questions or concerns about canceling your subscription, please reach out to our creator support team.
