Selecting a different vidIQ subscription on your account is super easy!

If your payment method is via a credit/debit card, please:
First, log in to your paid account in our web app by following this link here.
You will be presented with all the vidIQ plans available to you!
You can select the credits per plan, which will also change the number of channels you can use.
Select "Change my plan" or "Upgrade" and follow the steps/
Please note if you are changing to a lower tear plan, your plan change will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Apple App Store and Google Play Store
The Apple App Store and Google Play Store fully oversee the billing process on their side and require you to manage your subscriptions with them directly. As a result, attempts to change your plan via our website or our mobile app won’t be successful.
If you’d like to change your plan mid-cycle, please follow these steps if you used the App Store or these steps if you used the Google Play Store.
