Here's how to update your billing information if you paying directly via debit/credit card:
First, log in to your paid account in our web application by following this link here.
Under Account Settings, press 'Manage Plan', and then click on “Update card details” at the bottom of the page:
3. A pop-up like below will appear. Fill in your new card details and press 'Update Card'.
* A temporary $1 authorization may be placed on your credit/debit card for validation purposes and will be removed within 24 hours.
If you using other payment methods to pay for a vidIQ subscription, such as Paypal, Google Play Store, or Apple App Store, please make sure to update your billing information directly with the corresponding payment provider.
