If you've recently paid for a vidIQ subscription, but you do not see any of the features you paid for, don't worry! There's a simple solution to this problem.

First, it's important to understand that vidIQ links your paid features to the email address that you used to sign up and not to your Youtube channel. If you do not see vidIQ paid features, it's possible that you used a different email address than the one that you usually use.

To fix this problem, all you need to do is log out of your current vidIQ account and log back in using the email address that you used to sign up for a vidIQ subscription.
