To see which vidIQ plan you are currently subscribed to, please visit the plans page while logged in with your paid vidIQ account. Your current plan, along with its renewal date, will be displayed at the bottom of the page, as shown in the example below: π
If you are on the Free/Basic plan and not on the paid plan, that section will remain empty.
If you believe you have been charged for the paid plan but your plans page shows that you are on the free Basic plan, you might have subscribed to a paid plan with a different e-mail address. The paid subscription is attached to your vidIQ account and not your YouTube channel. You can find out more about it here: I subscribed to a paid plan, but I do not see premium features or get in touch with our Creator Support Team.
