With the vidIQ Enterprise plan, you can easily invite team members or partners to get full access to vidIQ’s premium features under their own accounts.
How to Invite Users
Go to app.vidiq.com and log into your admin account.
In the left-hand menu, navigate to MCN Admin and then to the Members tab.
Click Invite Member in the top-right corner.
Enter the user’s email address and send the invite.
What Happens Next
The user will receive an email invitation from vidIQ.
They must accept the invitation and log into their vidIQ account — or create one if they haven’t already.
Once accepted, their account will be automatically upgraded to vidIQ Boost under your Enterprise plan.
Their email and any connected YouTube channel(s) will appear in your Members tab.
As the admin, you can add or remove users at any time from the same Members view.
