First, it's important to understand that vidIQ links your paid features to the email address that you used to sign up and not to your Youtube channel. If you do not see vidIQ paid features, it means that you are currently logged in with a different email address than the one that was used to sign up for a paid plan.
Good news, to fix this problem, all you need to do is log out of your current vidIQ account and log back in using the email address that you used to sign up for a paid vidIQ subscription.
