Below are some of the reasons, but not limited to:
- Your credit card company has flagged this purchase as a potentially fraudulent purchase. Please call your credit card company to resolve the issue. You may need to log in and check your subscription status once you have completed the verification with your bank to initiate the transaction again.
- Our secure payment processor has found a potential risk associated with some of the details of your transaction, such as your billing or shipping address, or your billing or shipping zip code. Please double check your address and zip code and try your payment again.
- You may have reached your credit card purchase limit and your bank denied the completion of your transaction.
- There is an international limit on your card. You might need to check with your bank about this.
