How to change to a different plan?

Learn how to switch to a different paid plan

Selecting a different vidIQ subscription on your account is super easy!

Can't find the 2 or 3-channel option? Open the AI monthly credits dropdown on the Boost or Max plan card. That's where you choose the number of channels.

Credit/Debit card:

If your payment method is via a credit/debit card, please:

  1. First, log in to your paid account in our web app by following this link here.

  2. You will be presented with all the vidIQ plans available to you!

  3. On the Boost and Max plan cards, use the AI monthly credits dropdown below the price to choose how many channels you need. There's no separate channel selector: each credit option matches a channel count (1, 2 or 3 channels), and the channel count and price shown on the card update when you change it.

  4. Select "Change my plan" or "Upgrade" and follow the steps.

Please note if you are changing to a lower tier plan, your plan change will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

When upgrading your plan the remainder of your unused time on your current plan will be applied as a credit to the purchase of a new plan.

Apple App Store and Google Play Store

The Apple App Store and Google Play Store fully oversee the billing process on their side and require you to manage your subscriptions with them directly. As a result, attempts to change your plan via our website or our mobile app won’t be successful.

If you’d like to change your plan mid-cycle, please follow these steps if you used the App Store or these steps if you used the Google Play Store.
