We understand that your inbox can quickly become overwhelming, and managing your email subscriptions is an important aspect of maintaining digital balance. If you find that vidIQ emails no longer align with your needs or interests, here are the steps on how to unsubscribe from vidIQ emails or update your email preferences:
Sign in to your vidIQ account on our web app at https://app.vidiq.com.
Click on your avatar in the top right corner of the page and press ‘Account Settings’.
Open the tab ‘Email Preferences’ and you will find a list of all the types of notifications you are able to receive.
Uncheck those emails that you no longer wish to receive and click ‘Save’.
To unsubscribe completely, uncheck all of the fields.
You can always subscribe again by picking the emails you wish to receive.
Note: You will continue to receive emails related to billing, login credentials, and account security even if you unsubscribe from all other vidIQ emails.
