Do you want to give full access to your main enterprise account with others? Adding administrators is quick and simple! Just follow these steps:
Log in to your admin Enterprise vidIQ account.
Click on your icon in the top-right corner.
Select “Account Settings.”.
Head over to the “Admin” tab.
Enter the email address of the person you want to share the account with.
Remember:
The main enterprise account must authenticate a channel first.
An administrator will have the same access level as your main enterprise account.
In case the user you want to add has already a vidIQ account, they will get Enterprise access as soon as you add them, otherwise they need to accept your invitation and create the new account.
Accepting an Admin Invitation and Signing up at vidIQ
Once you invite someone to be an administrator, they'll get an email invitation. To accept it, they should:
Click the “Accept” button in the email.
Follow the steps to create a vidIQ account.

Make sure new admins are logged out of vidIQ (https://app.vidiq.com) BEFORE accepting an invitation.
