Adding a Team Member to a Specific Channel (Existing vidIQ Account)
Inviting your team members with an existing vidIQ account to collaborate on a specific channel is quick and easy.
To add a teammate with an existing vidIQ account:
Log in to your admin Enterprise vidIQ account.
Click on your icon in the top-right corner.
Select the channel you'd like to share access to.
Click on “Channel Settings.”
Enter your teammate's email address and set their permission level.
Click “Save.”
Your teammate will immediately see the changes in their vidIQ account.
Removing a Team Member from a Specific Channel (Existing vidIQ Account)
You can easily revoke a team member's access to a channel as an admin.
To remove a teammate from a channel:
Log in to your master enterprise vidIQ account.
Click on your icon in the top-right corner.
Select the channel.
Click “Channel Settings.”
Locate the member you want to remove.
Click the “✖️” button next to their name.
Click “Save.”
The removed team member will immediately see the changes in their vidIQ account.
Adding a Team Member to a Specific Channel (No vidIQ Account)
You can also invite team members who don't have a vidIQ account to collaborate on a specific channel.
To add a teammate without a vidIQ account:
Log in to your admin Enterprise vidIQ account.
Click on your icon in the top-right corner.
Select the channel you'd like to share access to.
Click on “Channel Settings.”
Enter your teammate's email address and set their permission level.
Click “Save.”
The invited team member will receive an email. Once they accept the invitation, they will be redirected to the sign-up page to create a vidIQ account.
