The AI Description Generator in the vidIQ extension is designed to help creators quickly craft engaging and optimized video descriptions. This tool uses keywords to generate optimized descriptions, saving time and effort. Whether you want to increase discoverability or create a compelling description, the AI Description Generator has covered you.

1. Enter Keywords for Your Description:

In the AI Description Generator section, enter the keywords you want to include in your video description. You can add up to 100 characters, separated by commas. This helps the AI generate a more relevant and targeted description based on your input.

Also, below the input field, you’ll see Recommended Keywords based on your video tags if you have any. Click on any suggested keyword to add it to your input list.

2. Generate the Description:

After entering your keywords, click the Generate button. The AI will create three unique description suggestions, taking into account the video title and selected keywords.

3. Insert, Copy, Customize, or Regenerate Suggestions:

Click Insert to add it directly into your description field, or Copy to save the text to your clipboard. If you want to make changes, use the Change Keywords option to update your input or click the refresh icon to generate new suggestions.

​4. Highlight Controversial Keywords:

The Highlight Controversial Keywords toggle helps you identify potentially sensitive or controversial words in your description. When enabled, any flagged terms will be highlighted, allowing you to review and adjust the text before publishing.
