The Admin Dashboard empowers all vidIQ admins with the administrative capabilities they need to champion vidIQ within their organizations.
Access the Admin Console
For gaining access to the Admin Console, please adhere to the following procedure:
Position your cursor on your profile icon located on the topmost right corner, and click it.
A drop-down menu will appear. From the options listed in this menu select "Account Settings". This would direct you towards - the Admin Console.
Manage Admins in an Organization
On the Admin tab, you can conveniently oversee how many admins are in your vidIQ Organization. It is also quite simple to grant or revoke admin access as needed.
Plus, you can personalize your vidIQ dashboard's look with your unique custom logo and favicon.
In the Admin tab, you have the ability to:
Personalize the look of your vidIQ Organization by uploading a logo and favicon.
Remove existing administrators.
Send invitations to potential administrators to join your vidIQ Enterprise account.
Changes in the Main Enterprise Dashboard After Inviting a Channel
After the manager of an invited channel signs up and authenticates the channel they are going to be working with, you'll see their channel in your main enterprise account dashboard.
You will have full control over their YouTube channel through vidIQ.
We refresh your Dashboard every 24 hours (approx). Please, be advised it may take up to 24 hours before you see an invited channel in your dashboard.
