If you have an issue with your coupon code, double-check it to make sure the code you’re entering is correct. Here are a few other things to keep in mind if your coupon code isn’t working:
Single Usage for Subscriptions
At vidIQ, we limit the usage of a promo code to one per subscription. This means that if you've already applied a coupon to your subscription, you won't be able to use another one. Trying to stack coupons won't work and could be the reason you're encountering issues.
Check the Expiry Date
All good things must come to an end, and unfortunately, that includes our promo codes. Every code comes with an expiry date, and once it has passed, the coupon cannot be reactivated or used. Make sure your promo code hasn’t expired before attempting to use it.
Single Use Coupons
Some of our coupons can only be used once. If you’ve used the coupon before, you won’t be able to use it again. Remember, each code has its own rules, so always check the terms and conditions.
Only vidIQ Issued Coupons are Accepted
For your safety and to ensure validity, we only accept coupons issued directly by vidIQ. If you've gotten your coupon from a third-party website or another source, there's a chance it might not be valid. Always get your coupons directly from us or our verified partners.
No Retroactive Application
Another rule to keep in mind is that our coupons can't be applied retroactively. If you’ve already paid for your subscription without entering your code, we can’t go back and apply the discount. The code must be entered at the time of purchase.
Not all payment methods accept promo codes
Lastly, it's important to know that promo codes can't be applied if you choose PayPal as a payment method or subscribe via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you want to use a promo code, you’ll need to choose a credit or debit card as a payment method.
