Welcome to vidIQ Enterprise 🎉

Welcome aboard! Your vidIQ Enterprise account is ready. This guide walks your team through the three steps to get fully set up:

1. Go to app.vidiq.com

2. Click "Log in" and sign in with the email address we set up during onboarding

(or click "Sign up" if you're creating your account from your invite email).

3. You can sign in with Google or with an email + password — we recommend using

your work email so your whole team follows the same pattern.

Once you're in, you'll land on your vidIQ dashboard. Your Enterprise features are already active — no extra activation needed.

Connecting a channel is what unlocks analytics, SEO insights, and AI tools for that channel. vidIQ is an official YouTube partner, so the connection is secure and uses Google's own sign-in flow.

1. In vidIQ, click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.

2. Select "Link your channel."

3. You'll be redirected to a Google Sign-in page. Sign in with the Google account

that manages your YouTube channel.

4. Grant the requested permissions — these let vidIQ read your channel data to power analytics and insights.

5. You'll be redirected back to vidIQ with your channel connected. ✅

💡 Brand accounts: If your channel is owned by a Brand Account (common for companies), make sure the person connecting has Owner or Manager permissions on the Brand Account in YouTube settings before authenticating.

💡 Multiple channels: Your Enterprise plan supports multiple connected channels. Repeat the steps above for each one, or have each channel's manager connect their own after you invite them (Step 3).

As the account admin, you can invite team members so everyone gets full access to vidIQ's premium features under their own login.

1. In the left-hand menu, go to Admin → Members.

2. Click "Invite Member" in the top-right corner.

3. Enter the team member's email address and send the invite.

What happens next:

- They'll receive an email invitation from vidIQ.

- They accept the invite and log in (or create an account if they don't have one).

- Their account is automatically upgraded with full paid access under your

Enterprise plan.

- Their email and any channels they connect will appear in your Members tab.

- You can add or remove members anytime from the same view.
