Why was I charged without notification?

We want to ensure your experience with us is enjoyable and hassle-free. When you signed up for one of our paid plans, you opted for a recurring subscription, which simply means your plan renews automatically each billing cycle, keeping your benefits uninterrupted, until canceled.

Why amount charged is different from the initial payment?

If you used a promo code during your sign-up, the promotional rate was a special welcome gift! So, when your subscription renews again after the promo period has ended, it will be at the full rate. We like to keep everything transparent, which is why we made sure to mention the full price of the plan during the initial upgrade process on the checkout page.

How can I stop the autorenewal of my subscription?

You always have control over your subscription! You can easily cancel before your next billing cycle if you ever need to. When you cancel, your subscription will continue until the end of the current term and then revert to a free/basic plan, ensuring you get the full benefit of the period you've paid for.

If I cancel, can I get a refund for unused days on my plan?

We understand that you may have queries regarding potential refunds for unused days on your vidIQ plan. However, it's important to clarify that, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or credits for unused days within an existing plan.

This policy is a part of our commitment to maintain a consistent and fair approach to all our subscribers. If you decide to cancel your plan, you'll still have full access to all features and benefits of your plan until the end of your billing cycle, even if you aren't able to utilize the service every day of your subscription period.

For a more detailed explanation of this, and other terms relating to the use of vidIQ services, we strongly advise you to refer to our Terms and Conditions.
