Two-factor authentication works as an extra step in the process, a second security layer, that will reconfirm your identity.

If you didn't receive the code to confirm your mobile phone number:

  1. Make sure that you entered the correct mobile number. Don't use any special characters (+ or -) or leading zeros. If you entered the wrong number, you can update it and resend the SMS.
  2. Try resending the SMS with the code. If you see a message that says you've reached the code limit, please wait a couple of hours and try again.
