So far, we have found two extensions that are causing conflict with vidIQ. You can click on them to be able to see if they are added to your Chrome:

1 - Looper for YouTube - It causes not to see the scorecard on YouTube's old layout. If you would like to use both extensions at the same time, you may need to switch to the YouTube's new layout. You can click on https://www.youtube.com/new to switch to the new layout. Currently, we are working on making it work on the old layout.

2-  uBlock for Origin - It causes the live stats bar not to show up on the toolbar for both old and new layout.  Currently, we are working on making it work for both layouts.

3- uBlock Plus Adblocker - It causes the live stats bar not to show up on the toolbar for both old and new layout.  Currently, we are working on making it work for both layouts.

Please reach us out if you have other extensions than those listed above that are causing a conflict with vidIQ. Here how you can find an extension that might cause a conflict:

  • Copy and paste this into your Chrome browser: chrome://extensions
  • Disable all other extensions other than vidIQ, go back to the video page and refresh the YouTube page.
  • If vidIQ shows up, then enable other extensions one at a time and go back to the video page and refresh it until vidIQ disappears again. Note that each time you need to have only two extensions are enabled: vidIQ and the one that you are trying. Please don't stop once you find one extension since there might be other extensions that are causing the same issue.
  • Once you find the extension(s), please contact us via the live chat window on this page or email us to support@vidiq.com with the name or the link to those extensions.

We would be happy to give you 50% discount for your cooperation.
