If you have purchased an upgrade to vidIQ through our Chrome or Firefox extension, or through our WebApp; then you can use our awesome Downgrade Wizard in order to cancel or downgrade your subscription.
If you purchased your vidIQ upgrade via the Apple App Store on your iOS device, Apple requires that you contact them for any assistance with managing your upgrade including cancelations or requests for refunds. You can find information on how to do so on Apple's help center right here.
