What is the Subscribers tool?

Utilize the Subscriber Analysis tool to gain a comprehensive understanding of your channel's analytics. This powerful feature provides in-depth insights into your audience's composition and their content preferences. When combined with the Best Time to Post function, it equips you with the essential knowledge to identify high-engagement video types and the optimal release times. By leveraging this information, you can fine-tune your content strategy to perfectly align with your followers' interests, guaranteeing their anticipation for your next uploads.

How to Get Started with Subscribers

If you're using a computer: First, log in to your vidIQ account. Once you're in, you'll see a "Subscribers" section on the left of the navigation bar.

If you're on your phone: Open the vidIQ mobile app, and you'll see a "Subscribers" section from the menu at the top left corner of your screen.

Top videos watched by your subscribers

This feature allows you to analyze your audience's viewing preferences, enabling you to get inspired and produce content that resonates with what they are currently watching.

Why does the subscriber tool say "Not enough data"?

When an account is newly created, our algorithm typically takes about 24-48 hours to accumulate and display the data. If this timeframe has been exceeded and you're still facing issues, please reach out to our Creator Support Team fo further investigation.

Additionally, if there are no uploaded videos or if the account has a small number of subscribers and videos, we might not have enough data to populate adequate results. Continue posting and gaining subscribers and results will populate with time.
