You are free to promote your own websites, but any promotion that mentions vidIQ could be perceived by the public or the press as a joint effort, which is not permitted. You should know that certain forms of advertising are always prohibited by vidIQ:
Promoting your own website is allowed, but promoting vidIQ may be perceived as a joint effort and is not permitted.
Spamming and unsolicited commercial email are always prohibited.
Advertising must not conceal or misrepresent your identity or domain name.
Mailing to customers or posting on newsgroups to promote vidIQ is allowed under certain conditions.
Trademark violations, such as bidding on vidIQ-related keywords such as vidIQ.com, vidIQ, www.vidIQ.com, and/or any misspellings or similar alterations of these, will result in immediate termination from the program.
Keying in prospect information is allowed if the information is real, consented to, and leads are valid.
Affiliates must not transmit deceptive pop-ups, interstitials, parasiteware, or shopping assistance applications.
Violation of these restrictions may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of pending payments.
